TSI Group is transforming from an ingredient specialist to a fully integrated, end-to-end innovation partner in the nutraceutical industry following its IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
“Our mission is to co-create healthier futures for consumers,” said Anne Magne, chief marketing and communication officer. “We call it B2B4C because we’re both customer- and consumer-focused. By combining effective, innovative products with engaging consumer experiences, we help our customers differentiate their brands and succeed in competitive markets.”
TSI’s new infrastructure is focused on:
- Ingredient versatility across its research-backed portfolio, partner collaborations, and delivery formats.
- Raw material optimization, from solubility to taste, stability and compressibility; TSI solves complex challenges by optimizing ingredients’ physical properties.
- Formulation expertise with TSI’s root-cause methodology to create science-backed formulations across 27 health categories, with more than 150 ready-to-launch concepts, balancing efficacy, compliance, and cost
- Novel delivery formats, inspired by food and beverage trends to create products beyond capsules and pills.
- Global contract manufacturing, with facilities in China and Australia and new sites slated for Hong Kong, Thailand, the U.S., and Europe.
- Supply chain optimization, helping brands with smarter sourcing strategies and support to navigate tariffs and market-entry complexities.
- Regulatory guidance, with experts from TSI ensuring compliance, accurate claims, and consumer trust.
TSI creates solutions to emerging problems before demand escalates, said Magne. “OptiCreatine is a prime example. By solving creatine’s grittiness and insolubility issues, we created a product that also delivers superior synergy with other ingredients. This enables customers to launch tastier, more effective formats that break away from category silos. We can replicate this process for other ingredient categories.”
TSI also recently launched Tailored Script, a platform which combines practitioner insights with AI-powered analyses to provide personalized solutions, Magne noted.
TSI’s product concepts will be available throughout the show floor. At the Tasting Bar, visitors can sample OptiCreatine chewables. “This is just one example of how we have solved creatine’s longstanding challenges with solubility, stability, and compressibility,” said Magne. “This convenient, great-tasting format shows how OptiCreatine unlocks new consumer experiences.”
At the New Product Zone, visitors can learn more about the full OptiCreatine portfolio, with multiple delivery formats that make several formats once thought to be impossible a reality.
At Booth 5049, visitors can also sample partner prototypes from Kaneka Nutrients, Ketone Labs, and NNB Nutrition.
“TSI Group’s strength comes from nearly 30 years of experience. And we’re just getting started,” said Magne. “During this year’s SupplySide Global, let’s talk about how we can step in to help you leap ahead of your competition.”
